Artist and Developer

Based in Scotland, Rachel Fraser (She/They) is an interdisciplinary artist working across digital media, live performance and visual art. Rachel is also a front-end developer fluent in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

With a HND in Acting and Performance and a BA in Dance and Drama, they are a trained performer, maker and facilitator. Since graduating in 2021 they have been collaborating with Moot Point Collective as an animator and director, as well as focusing on their own playwrighting and making.

Their recent work includes directing a rehearsed reading of the brand new play 'Kneecaps' (2021) by Joe Hunter, animating the short films 'towel' (2020) and 'Seperate' (2021), performing in the dance-comedy 'Simply Absurd' (2021) by Emily Briggs and co-creating and performing in 'Splitting at the Seems: The Story of Seemingly Theatre' (2021) a mockumentary created with fellow BA graduates.
